Onboarding and Tutorials

Offer a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new players, which includes interactive tutorials and guided gameplay. This assists players in understanding the game mechanics and encourages them to continue playing, thereby increasing engagement and retention.

*   **How to play board:** Consider a simple infographic and bullet points on how to play the game to assist players from around the world in playing or experiencing it.
*   **How to play tutorials room:** If there's a lot of complexity in your experiences with many roles, upgrades, or interactions, consider creating a tutorial room to help players get onboard. It's best not to make the tutorial too long since players prefer to jump in and enjoy the experience with their friends.
*   **Learn while playing:** It's great to create an experience where players can learn while playing! Offering tips and rewarding new players as they progress through the learning experience can help them stay connected with their friends, feel less overwhelmed, and give them a sense of accomplishment while playing your experience for the first time!
*   **Objective Markers:** Consider incorporating objective markers to guide players to various locations and landmarks, offering them tips or instructions on how to play your experience in easily digestible chunks.
