  • Intuitive user interface menus: All menus are consistently designed for clarity and ease of access across all platforms. When designing menus, keep mobile users in mind. While menus may be intuitive on screens and VR, they might become too large or overly packed with information on mobile devices. Considering mobile players can broaden your player base and increase visibility for your rooms.
    • Consider utilizing the "anchor" UI feature to attach the UI to a player screen in RRS. This way, it functions similarly to the watch, providing a smooth experience for users across different screen platforms, especially concerning interactions.

  • Interactions: Interacting with weapons and triggers and opening, closing, and grabbing objects is intuitive and easy to access on all platforms.
    • Dual-wield: Creators have the power to alter how weapons function on screens. To accommodate various interactions, consider configuring weapons under "screen player preferred hand" to enable dual-wielding. This adjustment can be made by configuring the weapon props. Be careful what hand you default to! Defaulting a weapon or key item to the left hand can make the game significantly harder to play on screens and touch.
    • Handles: Consider using handles instead of grabbable objects, as handles create more intuitive interactions across all platforms.
  • As you work on your game experience, try out these mechanics or UI menus on different platforms or assemble a testing group to assist you in testing them
