September Room RewardsThe Rooms 2.0 Hoodie is sticking around in September, but may be leaving Room Rewards by October, so make sure to reach at least C Tier and grab the hoodie while you still can! Don't worry though, you can still unlock token rewards at C Tier for the Rooms 2.0 Bonus metrics this month. Seller Swag Bubbly is also here for another month for all 1.0 and 2.0 Rooms that qualify for B Tier (and higher) in the Commerce metric.Want to know when reward boxes are arriving? What's New?A change is coming to the Room Rewards page on Creator Hub! Soon, there will be a new tab that displays a summary of your Room's results from the most recent month of Room Rewards.That means you'll be able to see the final number of users across all metrics and what Tier you reached, anytime you want! Just to clarify, this is only for the previous month and for C Tier and higher. For example, in December, you'll see your final results for November Room Rewards, and in January, you'll see the final results for December. If any of your Rooms didn't reach at least C Tier, they won't show up on the Summary tab.This was on oversight on our part that we're fixing thanks to feedback you all submitted in surveys and support tickets. Let us know how you like this feature and if you have any other suggestions.
What's the same?
- The Rooms 2.0 Hoodie and additional tokens are still available to earn for the Rooms 2.0 Bonus metrics and Seller Swag bubbly can still be earned for the Commerce metric. See the program details page to learn more.
- Metrics remain the same as they were in August:
- Engagement: a user must spend 120 minutes or more in a Room during the month
- Commerce: a user must spend 2500 tokens or more in a Room during the month
- Rooms 2.0 Bonus - Engagement: a user must spend 120 minutes or more in a 2.0 Room during the month
- Rooms 2.0 Bonus - Commerce: a user must spend 2500 tokens or more in a 2.0 Room during the month
- Rewards depend on the the number of users who reach the Tier threshold. You can monitor your Room’s performance on the ‘My Rooms’ tab

Not only are you able to earn up to 2x the amount of tokens than if your 1.0 Room reached S Tier, but 2.0 Rooms include a suite of features that optimize room capability and performance, new ways to monetize, and extra tools to engage your players. A: Boxes were sent September 3rd!Q: How do I participate in future Room Rewards surveys?
A: You can join our Research Lab to be notified as soon as a survey is available! Also keep an eye out for any in-game announcements. In most surveys, you must have a Room that qualified for rewards.Q: I really want the Seller Swag Bubbly! How do I make sure I get it?
A: Your Room must reach B Tier on the Commerce metric and you must be an Owner, Co-owner, or Contributor of that Room with Earnings Distribution. You must have a percent of earnings distributed to you to be eligible, you will not receive the item for just being an owner or contributor.Q: I've never heard of the Seller Swag Bubbly. What is it?
A: It's an exclusive bubbly that's usually only rewarded for selling content in Rec Room. The last time we gave it out was over a year ago in January 2023 for a Custom Shirt Sellathon.Q: Are the Tokens stackable from each Tier?
A: No. Rooms must meet the minimum Tier threshold to unlock the reward. That means the tokens per user is calculated at which ever Tier your Room makes it to. The max is 200 per eligible user for S Tier Bonus Rooms 2.0 - Engagement Rooms and 2500 per eligible user for S Tier Bonus Rooms 2.0 Commerce Rooms.Q: I really want the Rooms 2.0 Hoodie! How do I make sure I get it?
