A functional dual-line kite: grab the two handles and pull them towards you to pull the kite up. The handles should be within 1 meter behind the little flag (which specifies the wind direction); thus, don't walk, just use your hands to move the handles back and forth. There is a reset button on one of the palm trees. (Not recommended for screen-mode players.)
